until you’re stuck serving tables for a living. why im in school now. stem isnt brainwashed besides the other m (medical). engineering teaches problem solving, and there’s absolutely little to none propaganda in math and logical fields. i left school the first time because of the propaganda in gen eds, but im back now in programming and have thoroughly enjoyed it and been challenged to my core. im happy i did this even if i have to compete for jobs. and all my friends who studied business 5 10 years ago are insanely rich. its about how you apply yourself at the end of the day. and every person i know that is successful and wealthy, went to college. its a door opening to upper class. yes there are always exceptions but from my pov most people that go to college for something respectable have buckets of money while i slaved away for years. id be happy to see more majors and options that lead to real life opportunities, but school in general if you don’t choose a brainwashy field is good for you. or me specifically. 1 year left and ive been challenged and overcome and grown so much in this time. i recommend it. trades arent bad either. the point is challenging yourself only leads to better opportunities if you can get through it.
Have a family member who has watched the transformation of the medical field over the last 30 years from the inside. He calls these idiots "Quizlets". Said he has watched many people die or become maimed because of them. They know almost nothing when they show up with their degrees and certifications and learn as they go. Everywhere from hospitals to EMTs.
This is part of why our medical system is a total disaster. Some professor gave a lecture and this person absorbed. She never bothered to discover if the information was correct no curiosity- no research just mimicking the failed model.She was so good at absorbing and regurgitating they gave her a piece of paper saying she was the best at it and two letters to put in front of her name so everyone respected her brilliant respouting. We NEED academic restructuring in EVERY sector. We need the brightest minds to unlock the solutions that are necessary. The person with the best mimicry and most debt won’t fix anything. On a side note if I were a physician I would be so upset that the system was producing constant intellectual disappointments to undermine the incredibly overpriced education I likely worked my tail off to acquire. Trust is a delicate thing and individuals like this added to a system that is designed to put profit over people and you have a recipe for a return of the barber/dentist/doctor/veterinarian. Which tbh sounds kinda awesome if I could find one.
They are not stupid, because they need a lot of rote memory to achieve their qualifications.

Instead of calling them "doctors" ----- we should call them "allopathic reductionists" ----- because their field of medicine has limited scope.
