Government does not break laws. It is individual people. Hold them responsible to the harshest extent of the law, every time, and it will stop.

Corporations dont break laws either. Its the individual people. Lock them up (at least)

While nothing has happened there are laws already on the books...if we return to law and order the following remains available:
