The jury is now in the punitive part of the trail. And that is where he can get to $1Billion. He proably will not be awarded that more like $100M to $500M.
Now half a billion wound hurt I would think. I know “they” pay the bills for CNN, but the amount of lawsuits they have lost and settled non publicly, the company is losing way more than it’s worth. My opinion, I could be wrong tho.
Pray it is reasonable and results in less hours for Madcow.

If the punitive is large enough CNN will have to cut back and Madcow is an expensive carry.
