What is “international development” anyway? I always wondered that.

Why doesn’t this person list what skills they have? Like are they an accountant, lawyer, project manager or what? How can they have NO skills AT ALL outside “international development”?

That's exactly what I'd like to ask. I have no idea what sort of work this entails, but I would imagine it would entail purchasing, logistics, research, etc. This goofus is selling him/herself short.
