The accent is Hispanic, and so I'm hearing a short u from f-cking come out as a short a, a smooth one, but that's why you hear taking, because you're "listening in English," so to speak. I've heard this accent all my life and I do agree it sounds like what OO is posting.
I used vlc to clear a little white noise, sharpened voice a little, created loop of time indicated, and could not clearly here this. You may have better hearing than me.
