They were. So was the DOJ. Apparently an investigation was ordered and prosecutors alerted to start preparing cases.
Which is likely almost certainly what triggered Reddit to get off its ass and enforce their own policies in this specific interest
Seems to me Reddit needs to be told in hard terms that if anyone that commits an act of violence and ties back to the users where were inciting violence, that Reddit will be held as an accessory.
