Well, Mike Benz is reading some pretty dicey stuff from the C_A manual, so I wouldn't know. At least it's declassified and he is clear that he isn't advocating for any of it.
Not citizen or resident alien, they have no rights.
They have natural rights, or what some call god-given rights. But I know that's not what we're talking about here.
No, it's not legal. Not by a long shot.
Sounds like "...providing aide and comfort..." to me.
constitution is an agreement from the people to government. illegals don't have this.
stateless people can have the full weight of government tossed at them. foreigners have restricted laws based on the agreement America has with that country.
anyone that says otherwise is either an idiot or asshole
The Constitution is not an agreement between The People and government. That is patently wrong.
If you really want to learn about the Constitution, and what our Founding Fathers intended for us with it, then you must watch the 6 hour video series by Michael Badnarik: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wp-48d_jSb4
βIt has been thought a considerable advance towards establishing the principles of Freedom, to say, that government is a compact between those who govern and those that are governed: but this cannot be true, because it is putting the effect before the cause; for as man must have existed before governments existed, there necessarily was a time when governments did not exist, and consequently there could originally exist no governors to form such a compact with. The fact therefore must be, that the individuals themselves, each in his own personal and sovereign right, entered into a compact with each other to produce a government: and this is the only mode in which governments have a right to arise, and the only principle on which they have a right to exist.β ~ Thomas Paine (1737-1809) US Founding father, pamphleteer, author
βA constitution defines and limits the powers of the government it creates. It therefore follows, as a natural and also a logical result, that the governmental exercise of any power not authorized by the constitution is an assumed power, and therefore illegal.β ~ Thomas Paine (1737-1809) US Founding father, pamphleteer, author
For the most part, illegals don't have constitutional rights. However, ianal. (I am not a lawyer).
I am reminded of a video where a guy gets pulled over by a cop after he was flashing his lights to warn other drivers.
According to the cop that is illegal. aiding and abetting?
If so, the LEO is wrong.
What a lie, illegals have no constitutional protections.
if you invade this country you don't have rights.
They don't have rights. They're foreign invaders
Incorrect. They do have rights, but their rights are not protected from government by the U.S. Constitution because they are not American Citizens.
