AND, audit the auditors and give auditors's families special protection. Plus, add mandatory death penalty if caught stealing from the people. Criminals always find a way if you let them. There must be major deterrents.
I would love to do this job. I already audit insurance companies.. auditing politicians would be a lot more satisfying.
