President Trump’s Gaza Plan Might Just Work › American Greatness
Crazy like a fox. What better expression to describe Donald Trump? His detractors, of course, think he’s just crazy, and when I heard him propose his plan to create a new “Riviera” on the…
I think it would be a wonderful plan, if the Palestinians do not have to be removed from Gaza. Also, most importantly, Arab states, and also Chinese and Russians need to be involved. They have lots of money, and access to competent infrastructure labor forces.
Egypt is currently developing a plan to NOT expel the Palestinians, who are very sensetive to being cleared out, and for good reason, their relatives are sitting in Jordan, not able to come back. On that subject: What about the millions of expatriot Gazans?
I had lunch with an Egyptian former colleague. He said Egypt doesn't want Palestinians, Syrians, and others coming in large numbers.
Of course they don't
I think Israel should be made to pay for it. They blew it to shit.
And they never will. They are currently denying trucks carrying food into the strip, even as this breaks the terms of the crumpbling ceasefire - just to be edgy.
No, all the countries in the world must have commercial and financial interests there, IMO, with suitable infrastructure, including universities and tecnical institutes, hospitals, and government infrastructure. Let them compete to see who an build the mostest, fastest and betterest.
BUT. All Arabs will come on board, if the Palestinians are given the right to remain, or leave as they please, complete with their own passports, and property rights.
Last I was aware. Deporting Palestinians while explicitly not guaranteeing a free ability for the majority to return to the Strip at will was part of the deal.
As the past has so ably demonstrated. Neither side of the equation can be trusted to uphold their ends of any peace deal. As they absolutely despise each other. Even without any outside influence.
So instead of a centuries long repeat of the Irish-English tradition of one sided fights, oppression, interspersed with bouts of terrorism and indiscriminate slaughter.
He’s taking the toy away outright.
Why don't we just create a Palestinian (not Hamas) country out of Syria? It seems they really do need a country of their own. Syria would be a perfect place to do that, now that their government has fallen.
