Our first of four children was born in Mississippi, where the OBGYN doctor bragged about all the C-section babies he delivered. Sure enough, when it came time for our child to be born, a "C-section had to be done!". We were told that if the first child was born via C-section, all future children would need to be born via C-section. We moved to North Carolina, where the other three children were all born via natural, vaginal, birth.
So you're not a PhD living in NYC!? Congrats on all the healthy children. Have a family member who had 2 C Sections. Both children are enjoying life to the fullest.. God bless.
I worked in NYC, but never lived there :) (I took a train from pretty far north; my commute was over two hours each way! I did that rather than subjecting my family to life in the big city. The down side is that I missed a lot of their growing up!)
C-section comes with it's own problems and should be only for if a mother can't give birth safely it shouldn't have become the norm.
I agree with you. You can only have it twice. It involves cutting through a lot.
