What is the D.O.G.E. ?
The Department of Government Efficiency (D.O.G.E.), led by Elon Musk, is an initiative aimed at streamlining federal operations, reducing waste, and enhancing fiscal responsibility. It focuses on government efficiency, finance, budget balancing, and cutting down on bureaucratic inefficiencies to optimize public spending and governance processes. Additionally, D.O.G.E. is tasked with revealing corruption, fraud, and money laundering within government operations. In the end, we Anons of The Great Awakening hope that the work of the D.O.G.E. will culminate in the demolition of the Federal Reserve and a return of financial sovereignty to We the People.

Since DoGE efforts in Treasury have been thwarted somewhat by lawfare, could they take a "scalpel" look at the Treasury Forfeiture Fund (TFF)? The lawfare is seemingly focused on the privacy issues of taxpayers whilst the TFF is not so encumbered by this gripe.

Here it comes to all Fed Employees! The pink slip question: So WTF do you do weekly, in your current position?
Some responses will be long and detailed, especially out of the social services/health care area.
The majority of department’s staff responses won’t be more than a few paragraphs. I feel bad for good employees that’ll be kept and workload doubled, but I also like that suckass employees, especially the crappy managers and Directors that lean left can and most likely will be fired or let go. This of course instead of sucking up a paycheck/tax dollars not doing much, or helping Elites and upper bureaucrats launder “Aid” funds. .
So for our Federally Employed good folk, Military, and Law Enforcement Anons here, minus the Shill, Harassing Glowies (you know who you are), be detailed on your responses. Tell the truth of course but be detailed. Good luck, much love and respect for y’all! Again minus the harassing Glowies.

“I feel bad for good employees that’ll be kept and workload doubled.” They’re already doing the heavy lifting while useless feeders sit on their arse and do near to nothing. I’d imagine it’ll be easier to do the work. Productivity and morale will be higher knowing the non-productive coworkers are gone.
There are probably two workers that do ALL the work, and I hope they are kept. Things would be exactly the same, if.
Problem is they are being forced to terminate employees that are in the probation period even if they are God's workers because all the "permanent" workers were signed to a 5 year's work from home agreement but Biden. Yet no one in mainstream media saying anything about how outrageous this is.
Good comment. I told my daughter-in-law the same thing and encouraged her to stay at her job. She said she worried she would be given a huge work load of tasks that were beneath her job title. (She has her doctorate and does research for the VA), so, she took the buy-out. She said the VA gave her other people's work all the time, even before DOGE. She is an honest, diclsciplined, intelligent, hard worker, so it is sad that the government lost her as an employee. What an incredibly decent person.
Well, at least she will stay home with her newborn for an extra 6 months. (She was on maternity leave.)
I am going to visit them on Friday and am looking forward to telling her what Musk said about his tactics partly being implemented to find the fake federal employees who are collecting paychecks.
Congratulations on the new grandbaby! She will look back and cherish the extra time. Plus this may be a window of better opportunities for her in the future. This is just my speculation and nothing more: I think there will be some casualties in this operation of cutting the jobs back but I strongly believe good employees would have been safe including your daughter. It may depend on how long she’s been there. I’d bet top ones will also be cut who’ve been at the job for years doing very little, delegating their workload on others while taking huge paychecks. The 8 months severance: I believe that is a cushion to weather the storm while this is sorted out. They have to know good employees afraid of losing their jobs would accept it as well as the less efficient ones. 8 months is a good amount of time to go scorched earth, restructure, then potentially hire back good employees effected by the cuts. I might be way off but it’s what makes sense to me. I have a 9 1/2 month old grandson (first) and it’s the absolute best! Hoping all the best for you and your daughter.
Very valid opinion. I agree with you. I doubt she would have lost her job as a researcher for the VA. She had 5 years seniority. Maybe they will hire her again

Thank you. I am hopelessly optimistic and it’s gotten me through this journey (and closer with God) and prevented me from becoming black-pilled. I truly believe we will come out of this all stronger and better from the struggles we’ve been through.
I was at a patriot-type meeting in 2021. 100+ people came forward for salvation! People really did look to God during this precipice... and prayed way more than their norm. Wonderful!
I contract, but i can tell you right now you figure out REAL quick which ones work. And yes its more lik 90/10 than 80/20 in some places.
My opinion is any good worker that knows their stuff should be able to justify what they do in 2 min at amy given time. If you have to think longer than that you probably made 1 shitty powerpoint all week and sat in meetings where you do nothing.
My only big complain with DOGE so far is that quite frankly i would rather employ 2 million useless workers to help local economies over sending money overseas with corrupt congressman. Its not the shitty worker screwing us its the billions of dollars to ukraine, israel, and every other country in existence. Stop that shit immediately and then we can discuss saving 2 billion a year on payroll.
