That’s what I thought as well. A friend quit her lab job before Covid because they required the flu shot. They told her that they would sign off on her shot even if she didn’t take it and she was even more convinced leaving was the right thing to do. Even some of the mid-level administration are capable of unethical practices. It’s not all at the top.
NIH employees were all forced to take the Covid "vax" and boosters to keep their job.
Now they have no job, and most are quadruple vaxed at least, plus poison flu shot.
More reason to always stand your ground and maintain your sovereignty.
