I sent a birthday card not long ago in a PRIORITY envelope. It took 2 weeks to arrive instead of 2-3 days (Ohio to CA.). I send packages by priority with signature and the PO said it was not delivered d/t no one home. It was during Covid and everyone worked from home. The PO is a liar and thief, they take your extra $$$, but don’t deliver. No refund or repercussions on priority deliveries. 2 weeks to deliver priority, I could have saved $$$ and sent by snail mail! Everyone in the PO hated the Postmaster General. So good thing he was booted.
And several times a week the options on their website change. Like no ground advantage on the drop down. Then a couple days later it is back on the list. Just weird stuff like they have malware. Very inconvenient for business shipping that is for sure.
As far as scheduled pick ups, our very rural office is very good about that though.
We sure get some crazy ass deliveries out here, from other shippers, they are terrible. Like leaving two boxes out by the pump house instead of at the house. Totally stoned delivery person. LOL . P.O. is much better.
