That is my mistake. The meme generator had another line and when I entered it I couldn't see it. So I put it all on the first line space and loaded it. Once it was up for a bit I noticed the error but the point has been made regardless.

We still have free speech and it's one of our most important rights. If you genuinely believe there's a deadly virus, in a free country, you're free to say so.
However, if you're a corrupt government agent or pharmaceutical company executive conspiring to force people to inject poison, you can't fabricate and push that there's a deadly virus. Oh, and you can't manufacture a deadly virus, either.

Argh. Looks like you might be right. Although it does impose some limitations on what might be considered free speech. Can a group of people repeatedly and knowingly cause stampedes throughout crowded theaters and not face any legal repercussions? I guess it's for the courts to decide.
