Edit: Maybe i'm mistaken, i could've sworn it was in a Q post, but i skimmed through thumbnails of every pic in the Q PDF archive and couldn't find it.
The Army posted it in Oct 2018, I searched Q drops around that date, but can't find it.

The picture is indeed at Fort Knox. The address is on the Army website https://www.1tsc.army.mil/Contact/ So it will be interesting to see what the Q drop says with Fort Knox being in the news lately.

I searched too, was sure it was in a Q post, but still didn't find it. I saved the original photo on Dec 2, 2018, so definitely before that. Ran it through tineye and it first found the pic online Nov 11, 2018 on a Twitter account that was later deleted.
But I can offer you a better image.

Thanks for searching, I tried look for people tweeting it and mentioning Q, then that will give a rough date of when Q posted it, but no luck
