But guess what, "taxpayers" are defined precisely as "corporations". Specifically, your ALL CAPS NAME which is on all legal documents. The ALL CAPS NAME (Strawman) is THE CORPORATION --- more accurately, it's a "trust".
There is only once reason people don't respond to these obvious truths. It's FEAR and nothing else. The reason more people don't take my advice is that they want the "IRS" to send them a letter openly stating that they don't have to pay income taxes. They never do that. They just stop bothering you if they realize you've figured out the game. This stops 90% of the people I explain this too from even trying. It's pure fear.
The process is so simple. You don't talk to them. You ignore their bogus mail until it says "NOTICE 30-days" and then you put the BURDEN back on them. All in writing. No talking to anybody. The IRS has literally 30-40 million "non-filers" (another LEGAL word you should never agree that you are one) and they move on quickly when they realize they're dealing with someone who knows their stuff. The cost of a court case for them is upwards of $250K for starters. If you don't owe this amount, at an absolute minimum, they quickly leave you alone.
But here's the bottom line. If you have fear about not filing, and/or you view the IRS as an "Adversary/Enemy" than you are unwittingly creating an undesirable situation for yourself. I've dealt with dozens of people that can't shake these feelings off and can't see it any other way. I advise them to continue filing until such time as they can see that a fictional entity called "IRS" is nothing to fear and not your enemy. it doesn't even EXIST!!!

We could eliminate the legal system tomorrow, remove all "legal judges" who have been unlawfully empowered by it to decide both the "facts" and the "law" according to their whim and opinion....aka "lawfare".
