That's an extremely good thing. Having worked in the government for 27 years I know how hard it is to fire someone for incompetence. It just doesn't happen because of the unions needing all the members it can garner and lame employees needing something to help them keep their jobs. I hope President Trump can get rid of the unions. It would save a lot of money......a lot. Maybe DOGE can go look into the government unions.........hint, hint, Elon!!
When government workers realise that having a job is not an entitlement but a PRIVILEGE then America will be great again. Decades of waste and tardiness have resulted in criminal activities because there has been no accountability. The only way to weed out those abusing their position, is to dismiss them. There are millions of Americans ‘resume’ up’, ready to get to work but have been rejected by DEI. Now it’s their turn to shine.
