Hello, I am taking on a new nursing job and the facility still requires a covid vaccine which I am obviously not going to take. They will consider a religious exemption which I will of course submit. Recently it seems like I saw a graph/article that discussed the remote risks of covid versus the risk of vaccine injury. I have been searching for it but can't find it. Did anyone keep a link to that info and could share? I would like to submit that information as well. Thanks so much!

I agree with the comments about no science in religious exemptions, not that science and religion don't go together, but the management in these institutions think they need to be separate.
I based my religious objection on the use of aborted fetal stem cell lines used during the development and production of the vaccines violating my belief in the dignity of and preciousness of every human life to God.
At that time, no one would admit or accept that the MRNA could integrate into DNA via reverse transcription, so I avoided the aspect of human DNA alteration.
Because I objected to vaccines which used aborted fetal stem cell lines, I made sure to defend taking flu shots in the past as egg-grown attenuated virus types. I also disavowed using any products that used stem cells during development or production like certain coffee creamers.
Mine was approved pretty quickly, mostly like not even read, because staff was so hard to find in 2021.
Even better, you should educate yourself on the fact that Covid does not exist.
It is just cold/flu, renamed for propaganda purposes.
Of course, you employer will not be willing to even consider this idea, but at least you should be aware so you can make the right decisions.

You might try aapsonline.org. They have a lot of data related to what you're looking for.
That said, I suspect the religious exemption will allow your prospective employer to tick their "vaccine requirement box" and hire you, while presenting studies that require them to think will threaten to make their lives more difficult and won't help you get hired. Best wishes either way you choose.
I agree that the best decision to get hired is to check the religious exemption box, and be done with it.
Thank you so much for your advice. I can see your point and I think its a good one. I'll stick with the religious exemption and drop it. And hope they do too. Thanks again!
Be careful siting “science” in a religious exemption, if that’s your thought. I read lots of threads here at the time I wrote mine and also watched quite a few YT videos by Peggy Hall/The Healthy American. If you give fodder regarding stem cells, etc. they may fight, push back with more nuanced questions, etc. The exemption is about a sincerely held religious belief, so you do not need to go into any science or beliefs on the science, per se.
