The FBI said they filled the tunnel/buried chambers below the temple building with concrete after their investigation was completed. If true, good luck getting anything useful from it.

It sounded like they sealed entrances not literally filled the entire tunnels. And divers could and probably did, locate the sub ports so there are tunnels from there to other locations and elevators no doubt
