7 trillion is just not something you claw back in a month, he's had to have been working on this whole time from his 1st time in office. And because he's been working on it the whole time it's allowed him to build the plan and hit the ground running day 1.
He called Trudeau a governor again. I really think somethings gone on behind the scenes with Canada. The first couple of times he was called that I chalked it up to Trump anchoring or threatening Trudeau, but I really am starting to think that he's calling Trudeau by his actual title now.
