Citizenship does included understanding English, but a lot of the Dems voters got their voter registration by being given a drivers license. Which is exactly why all the blue shitholes were giving them DLs whether they could drive or not.

Why did we United States of America ever need Hawaii [ok a ground aircraft carrier in the Pacific, but as a STATE??] or Puerto Rico [NOT a ground aircraft carrier that we needed.] We let the Philippines go, and there are a lot who are good citizens here. And we don't need them as a State or as citizens.

The Samoans I will say, from military experience, were among the most loyal Americans, along with very many Puerto Ricans serving in the military! And Americans from Cuba. Etc. Etc.
