I've long thought the USA should expand, lets see what happens.
Canada will cease to exist as a fake independent entity in the next 2-3 years, one way or the other. It is, of course, our land to take.
I often think the Russian National anthem foresaw this. One verse reads:

So Russia, like America, expands from the Southern Sea to the Arctic Waste

Cats is saying that with Turdeau being replaced, you Canucks have 2 choices: you can continue to stay passive and polite and allow your government to bend you over whenever they want, which will end up with y'all being de facto Chinese citizens, or you can stand up and fight for your country and your freedoms, and end up as American citizens. Catsfive do you think Canada should be part of the US? If you had good leadership then I prefer Canada to stay independent for Canadian’s sake. I think it’s the best way to preserve what is special about Canada, such as culture which varies depending on where you visit. It was always warm, welcoming, clean, safe and intriguing because your history is so different from ours.
Canada’s not a serious country anymore. It can’t even supply its own energy from start to finish—some parts rely on U.S. energy, we export tons of hydrocarbons but don’t refine them ourselves, and we lack pipelines under our full control. We’re owned by globalists like Mark Carney, the former Bank of England governor—can’t get more globalist than that. The world’s known this for ages, and Canada’s lost all respect. It’s practically a vassal state, ready to be absorbed by the U.S. in my book.
Thank you for your perspective. It would be a great asset to have and there has always been a good relationship between us (as citizens) so that would be beneficial. One thing for sure, it will be changing under the pressure of a Trump presidency. Based on Trudeau’s replacement being equally weak, it does sound like Canada will continue to be vulnerable and the US can’t afford another country to govern it.
Canada was was actually called Ruperts land and then the Dominion of Canada as part of the British. Empire. It was intended to keep the United States and Russia from joining forces.
