I always thought that RRN ("Michael Baxter") published imaginative but fictional stories, with the possibility that some were actually based on fact but many were wishful thinking.

As for Real Raw News they have an interesting but quit disturbing article on Mike Pence at Gitmo. Part III is very bad and describes graphic details that might be a bit to much for some. Intel is slowly being leaked out.

While I do consider RRN to be MOSTLY fake news/parody about specific names and stories
I also think that its possible that they exist as a form of soft disclosure.
Think about how much of Babylon Bee's satire ended up becoming factual after time passed by.
The story of him attempting to evade arrest naked on an ATV was top notch comedy.
