Obama and his hench men tried this in our town and county. They were going to low income housing in the most expensive packles of property we had. The town and county told them to pound sand. Plus they were going to make tax payers build a metro to the big city which is 25 miles away.We pay no property tax in our town. They threatened to take our federal funding away. whne our Gov't said, fine go ahaede, we do not get much from you any way. It threw a monkey wrench into what they were trying to do.
I agree with the zoning, but low-income does not equal low-life. Especially since the dollar has lost 95% of it's value over the last 100 years. It's mostly about demographics, an uncomfortable idea for most.
There are low-income people I 100% trust with my life, my money, my kids.
And if there is ONE thing I've learned as an Anon it's that there are lots of very rich low-lifes.
I'm glad you had better experience than I did, I lived in the same neighborhood almost my whole life till I retired. It went from a working-class neighborhood with single family homes to apts. to a neighborhood with street gangs, bordello, drug dealers & illegal aliens. My home was burglarized 5 times & they played loud music almost constantly, sometimes all night. As soon as retired I moved away & I don't miss it.
^ This is the most common experience and why the low life comment was made. It starts with helping single mothers who import the next baby daddy in. Disturbances start and then escalate into crime. This drives the neighborhood down. Cycle intensifies.
Yes. Common experience for me. Section 8 vouchers and housing lottery does not mean good neighbors. Drug dealers, druggies, and criminals seep in. As well as people who think weed smoking smells good in our hallways. Our tax dollars should not pay for subsidies that cause harm to regular folk. A mere background check would help, but I’m also 100% weary of that. Be done with it.

Very very nice win.

Demographics.
Low-live is the product of a corrupt political system! Future generations will have life's and coexistence better than ever before!
The Marxists didn’t give a darn about the existing communities and they knew what kind of people they were going to import.
This is incorrect , they wanted communities destroyed and you dead.
