The entire lot of a certain agency needs to be recalled from all the countries, put on a special U.S. plane, from which the pilot ejects, and allow it to nosedive into the ocean. Problem solved.
And don't tell them. The pilot jumps with the only chute, and the world gets to watch their reactions in a live stream of the passenger compartment.
