WTF does a judge know about security clearance? They don't give a security clearance nor do they have a security clearance. Giving a security clearance to someone who can't be trusted is against our national security.
Nowhere in the Constitution does it give Judicial the power to enforce or write. Legislative to interpret or execute. Executive to make or interpret laws.

Also the Senate has to go to a simple majority to vote on bills, otherwise 7 Demonrat Senators control the agenda. We voted for Trump , not them.

The President is CIC and in charge of national security. He can revoke the security clearance of anybody he wants to.
