Giving the Ukrainians 30 days to re-arm and replenish is foolish. It's like a kid brother who is wrestling with you, and when you pin him, he yells "I give up!" You let go, and he takes a step back and kicks you in the nuts. Then you have to really teach him not to mess with you. Plus, a few surrounded Nazis getting offed doesn't sound like a bad thing.
I think whether the Ukrainian troops are mainly Nazis and war criminals depends on the specific area.
I think the ones in Kursk are the Nazi type and also have mercenaries with them. Perhaps in other areas they are conscripts.

Stop firing for 1 hour on the front lines ONLY and let them walk unarmed with hands on head towards Russian lines.

I would say Ze did good job cleaning the N. a Zi in Ukr. How you clean Bandera in your country- send them to the front and also in Kursk . Operation Zitadel during WW2 was the same . Na zi Germany prepared big army to attack. Rus did some fortification lines 3 or more . Manshtain bogged down at Prohorovka ( The biggest tank battle to this day) and Russ made mash potatoes of the N a Zi . The Mustashed man lost the war . Russ really did good job . Unfortunately they couldn't clean Bandera . Now Ze did this job.
Whatever happens will be on the heads of the Ukrainian commanders. It was folly to begin the incursion and it is doomed to finish. There is always the option of surrender. In this way, the fate of the Ukrainian troops is determined by their leaders. But Putin has stated separately (and quite clearly) that foreign troops and/or mercenaries will be deemed terrorists, unprotected by the Geneva Accord, and will be shot. Surrender will not be an option for them.
