The Due Process clause in the constitution appears in the Fifth and Fourteenth amendments and states the following:
Fifth:
"No person shall ... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law."
Fourteenth:
"... nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law."
Put simply, the government can't deprive you of life (so kill you), liberty (incarcerate you), or property (take your property/possessions) without going through court. Deportation does not deprive a person of any of these things. Because of that, it's not affected by the due process clause, and too many people fail to understand this.
Thread below good. An additional thought: the "Due Process" clause written in the US Constitution, only applies to citizens of this nation. These TDA folks aren't citizens of the US, but of somewhere else.
They deserve to get sent back to wherever they're from, and be subject to the constitution of that country.
Preface: international human rights law and UN Declaration of Human Rights, as well as American Declaration of Human Rights charters have been slowly introduced by some American Bar Association member law firms, infiltrating the State Department and Congress since 1945, to implement their secular humanistic and social world order.
Answer: Lefties believe every human being has dignity and the right to be treated in a humane way, and if welfare rights are provided to some, then those welfare payments need to be provided to all those in need, equally. “Jeb” in Texas gets welfare, so the “someone” or all 30 million coming in from South America deserve 1) to have their case heard as to why each one is a legitimate economic or political refugee and 2) if a refugee each has the right to be provided for with welfare until he or she can get a job and provide for his or herself or all 30 to 40 million of they/ them.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is considered to be international customary law, judges can take in to consideration its principles, but there’s no specific laws in it that judges have to follow. https://www.un.org/en/about-us/universal-declaration-of-human-rights
The OAS is similar to the Council of Europe, the human rights organization European countries must join and meet basic human rights obligations before a countr6 can join the European Union.
Example of a human rights treaty the US Senate has not ratified: the “Convention on the Rights of the Child.” Why? Cynthia Cohen Price helped draft this treaty and though there is not a mention of banning spanking a child of say age 5 as a means of discipline, Cynthia Cohen Price’s secret meaning of protecting the rights of children is that this form of discipline = child abuse. If ratified, then all the Pocahontas and Hillary Clinton legislators of the country would be paying social workers to go to all of the parents’ homes and doing home visits and stealing more children than they already have over the past 30 years. It’s how the secular socialists “roll.”
Don’t get me wrong, I had a great classmate, former police officer who had to intervene in some families in some awful situations, ones that I don’t think police officers don’t normally want to talk about. In these real abuse cases, we need the law and peace officers to help out. But we don’t need a Pocahontas and sHillary at every door.
“Human Rights” of an often violent criminal are what makes many legal “professionals” very, very rich in Europe.
For example recently an Arab rapist in Uk, although guilty was not deported due to a fear of punishment in his own country. These rights have been completely subverted by the Marxist regime to cause chaos in Europe, while appearing to be caring.

The USA is a party to the treaty OAS = Organization of American States. (Yeah, USA is part of a treaty system including Cuba, Venezuela…). Under this system there are courts that the USA can be sued in if the USA does not meet its treaty obligations for treating people right, whether citizens or not. https://www.oas.org/dil/access_to_information_human_right_American_Declaration_of_the_Rights_and_Duties_of_Man.pdf
The State Department files human rights reports all the time, and we review other countries’ human rights reports all the time. https://www.state.gov/reports-bureau-of-democracy-human-rights-and-labor/

Why would they not try the same grift in USA?
Ron is a POS, A traitor, a former Republican that named a kid after Ronald Reagan
Due process and other constitutional rights are only good for American citizens. There does that help?
The Constitution says otherwise with it's use is the word "persons". There are parts specifically designated for "citizen" though.
