For record, America spends a higher percentage of GDP on Medicaid without free Health Care, than most European Countries do with free Health Care. DOGE has some work ahead. But, but higher Taxes, but but higher personal Bankruptcy from Medical debt. Where do most of the Wars originate? You can't solve Peace, without isolating the cause of War.

We still don't want ""Free Shit"", only Affordable shit, because if it's Affordable, it falls under Contractual Law, an under Contractual Law, if someone fucks up a Medical Procedure or other thing, we get to Sue the shit out of them....

A payed visit to a clinic in countries where an actual healthcare market exists costs like $20-30. Getting blood work is like $10.
There is NO Free health care ( or anything else for that matter ). Someone ( Us) PAYS for Free welfare to those who have earned Nothing. It is called socialism and it has Failed everywhere it is tried.
I think healthcare could be "free" or socialized here in the US, very much like we do with military, police, and fire department services. I think the main problem is price gouging. Secondly, I think that there are cures coming out that are "cure-alls" for all infectious and degenerative disease. Once those get widely used. There wont be a lot of need for services except for ER type incidents such as injuries. But, most of the inefficiency is in the administrative side and insurance laberynth. Remove all that and streamline it and make it extremely efficient and I wouldn't be surprised if we could cut the costs by 75-90%, in my stupid opinion.

There's No Part of the Military that gets any ""FREE SHIT"" at all, you are 100% wrong about that....
The Entire Military is under CONTRACT to Give Service for XXX Amount of time, with a REDUCED Recompense of XXXX Dollars per Month Per Rank, an IF you get DAMAGED, then After leaving, what you didn't get as ""PAY"", goes to Veterans Healthcare, and Compensation....
So DON'T LIE, stop saying that Military gets ""FREE SHIT"", we don't, we have to Earn everything, an sometimes, even our Families have to be put on Welfare Programs so we can make ends meet....

During the Planned-emic, not only did they have some of their Navy Ships way too close for Comfort, but hundreds of their Fishing Boats were within the 12 Mile Sovereign Waters Barrier, many close enough that they could be seen from shore....
An if they can get that close, then At Night they can do something like Amphibious Landings, all while Ferrying Chinese Military from their Navy Ships out past the Sovereign Waters, back to Land, an IF they did that repeatedly, once a week, for a few Months, we could end up with something like 1/2 a Million to 1 Million of their troops here....
They don't even have to Attack anything, just turn themselves in to our Military, and that alone, en masse, would grind our Military to a halt, and overwhelm most of ICE....
Just ALL at the same time, pick 2 Bases, and they ALL go there and Surrender, all at the same time....
