OH SHIT‼️I am 100% now certain, this is not a coincidence.
Obama was the first President to use autopen to sign a law, in 2011.
He used the autopen to sign the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 while he was on vacation in Hawaii.
He also used an autopen to sign a four-year extension of certain provisions of the Patriot Act in 2011.
Republican Tom Graves argued the constitutionality of this action, specifically Article I, Section 7 when he signed the NDAA… citing what if the President was hospitalized?
—— What would stop a group of radical cabinet members using autopen to push forth a separate agenda?
The DOJ determined it was ok to do at the time.. so OH HELL YEAH, this will definitely go to SCOTUS.
After a crooked judge smacks Trumps void order in 3..2..1
In May 2011, while attending the G8 summit in France, Barack Obama became the first president to use the autopen in order to sign the expiring Patriot act. In November of that year, he signed an appropriations bill with the autopen from Indonesia, and in 2013, Obama used the autopen yet again from Hawaii in order to meet the deadline for signing the fiscal cliff bill into law several time zones over in Washington, D.C.
Exactly the point - the use of an autopen may have been first used by Obama, but other presidents had "signed" using other signature copying means. The difference is intent and knowledge of something being signed. In Obama's case the uses are well documented and his virtual hand being the one behind it wasn't in question. Joe's not so much - pardon's while he's simply on vacation have got to be in question if nothing else. NCSWIC!
Obama's are definitely something to be looked at, but I think it would be difficult to say that it wasn't his will being done... With sleepy Joe however, we KNOW he wasn't cognitively there, and allowing anyone else to sign his name even with his supposed "consent" is clearly a gigantic ethical violation
I don’t trust the supreme court but we need codification that would overturn all of these Aut open orders. This will be the constitutional crisis!
When a Bill enacted into a law-proposal is sent to the President there are 3 Constitutional options:
Where does the auto-pen come in?

Looks legit,as long as he knew about it and authorized it.
Otherwise we would have to spend a lot of money flying the bill out to him.

Only Obama didn't have dementia.
Btw mods, this needs sticky!
Pandoras autopen box has been opened.
Was the autropen used to sign the Kenyans birth certificate?
