Why does the caller not get arrested? Surely they need a name or something when they call.
According to Catturd, his last 2 swatters are sitting in prison now (and he'd just gotten a third). Didn't Kash make a statement about consequences for fake swatting calls? Let's pray that happens across the board.
I thought calls were traced too not only to help law enforcement locate a person in distress but also to prevent this situation.
