I spent a while some years ago trying to find anything at all on this and I couldn't find anything, not a single thing tying Chester and Chris to a documentary with or without the child trafficking.
Of course absence of evidence isn't evidence of absence, but there seems to be no originating source to the original claim that spread like wildfire.
