Guantanamo, for a start. I'm also thinking we can set up deportation camps in the ice of Alaska, Greenland and northern Canada in the medium term. Possibly this would be a good use for some otherwise useless and wasted parts of Africa in the distant future, but this is pie in the sky thinking for the moment.

The closest it comes is the Birthright Citizenship provisions of the 14th Amendment, which Trump will (wisely) scrap; and, as He has made clear, He will ignore and impeach judges who says He can't. Who is to stop Him?
So, yeah, it is entirely true that the Constitution is holy and a key compontent of both Americanism and Christianity. But I absolutely do believe that this bit of the Constitution doesn't matter any more than the 18th Amendment does. Is alcohol still prohibited? Does that invalidate the Constitution?
It's not the "criminals" that's the issue. It's the "Americans" part.
