From the Mod Team:
Please be respectful and constructive while digging into the JFK Files. Racism is strictly prohibited on this Forum, but we will be especially watching all of the threads for ANY covert or overt racism towards any cultural peoples being discussed; and more heavily in the JFK Files!
Blanket racism will not be tolerated. Call out the person, or if you need to speak of the Elite Jewish Leaders, Palestinian Elite Leaders, Khazarian Elite Leaders, or Russian Elite Leaders, use these constructive terms instead of blanket racism towards “Those Jews!”, or “The Khazarians!” And post your reason or even info link why you’re responding a certain way. Be Constructive Not Destructive!
Why? Because the common folk just trying to survive in their Countries have NOTHING MUCH TO DO With their Elite unsmart leaders. So let’s be better Anons and not “blanket blame” common folk for continued Elite-Cabal idiocy please.
Fair Warning given so keep the discussions clean Anons. Thank you.
I think part of it is directly related to the tariffs. Tariffs are a blanket policy "against an entire nation."
I agree with your sentiments. I am just pointing out that the nature of the tariff battle is,
And,
This, coupled with the Canadian's BOOING the Star Spangled Banner literally took the gloves off between the two countries.
For the record, I love Canadians. At least all of the Canadians I have ever met. I've enjoyed traveling the Queen's Highway and taking many excursions into the wild.
I don't consider the whole Canadian thing to be at the level of racism or any of the other "isms". Maybe it's about nationalism, but it certainly is about nationalism from the perspective of POTUS.
In that regard, World Cups and Olympics are about nationalism too, and they always have been. Just yesterday, Putin tried to taunt Trump into national hockey matches as a jocular way to compete in sports, instead of militarily or economically. I took that as a friendly jester of two countries puffing up their chests at each other and claiming they are bigger and better.
That's how I see the whole Canadian turf war. It's not a personal thing among the citizens of each country, it's a national thing and some interesting dogmas are being broken.
Why is the US supplementing the Canadian economy at $200 Billion per year?
Why are we Canada's defacto defense force? Just because we're neighbors?
I know it doesn't sit well for POTUS to call Canada the 51st state and Commie Castro's son the governor, but let's face it, Trudeau is a Globalist Commie sympathizer. Carney is a Globalist, he holds three passports and is literally a globalist Banker.
Some things just aren't right and need to be discussed and figured out.
Standing above the cheap non-thinking of collectivism does not in any way imply agreement with Canadian national policies.
I have no problem with Trump's approach to tariffs, especially considering the prohibitive tariffs charged by Canada against U.S. products.
You ask me a question about $200 B subsidization? Go ask someone who approves of it.
For reasons of geography, Canada is our first line of attack detection with DEW and BMEW radar stations (also Greenland). Soviet / Russian bomber and ICBM paths get to us by passing over Canada. The U.S. and Canada have a defense pact called NORAD and strategic defense for both nations is coordinated. Canada have maintained their own air force interceptor squadrons from the earliest, first with their own designed-and-produced jet fighters, then with BOMARC missiles, and now with U.S. F-18 fighters. The U.S. destroyed the heart of the Canadian aerospace industry with the BOMARC sale, as it put Avro Canada out of business, who were on the brink of producing the Avro Arrow, a Mach 2 interceptor. The question of today is whether the protection we provide is proportionate to the frontline support they provide. Without them, we wouldn't have early warning. Think about it.
I never indicated that Trudeau is worth spit. He is worse than his father, Pierre, whom I remember.
Just because I object to group slurs or smears of "Canadians" does not mean I support or endorse the socialistic Canadian central government. They are good people, capable of first-rate technical innovation, good actors, insightful authors (e.g., Jordan Peterson), and wonderful composers (e.g., Marjan Mozetich).
So it was the Canadians that assassinated JFK?🧐
Did they speak French? (Don't be absurd.)
Understand satire much? HERE’s your clue: I go to a space created to discuss JFK declass findings and find a convo that sounds like sound bites from “The View,” discussing whether Canadians are good or bad, whether grouping them is racist or not ad nauseam. IDC. Bottom line, most, not all, are good people, up in Canada and in the US. Both countries have been subjected to endless propaganda, corruption in government, and been targets of programs designed to cull millions of people. There are both good hearted and assholes everywhere. Over and out.
jester?? I think you mean "gesture".
I think the best word to explain what you're talking about is xenophobia.
Just thought that would be a handy word for you to know. 🙂
(I learned it from an episode of Archer. It was obviously written by a logophile 😉🤫)
