Trump Administration should have a Federal Judge on standby.
Every executive order, every announcement or policy change... have the Federal Judge immediately declare it legal and that it can proceed legally. :>)
That way, Trump already has a preemptive ruling by a Federal Judge.
Any other judge's ruling is just disagreement... but can be sorted out over the next few years. Meanwhile, the matter has already been ruled legal, so he can keep going.
