Police can use deadly force only when they have a reasonable belief that the subject poses an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to themselves or others, and not solely to prevent a fleeing suspect's escape.
Fails the test, doesn't it? And they are obliged not to shoot when there is a crowd in the background. And it is legitimate for a cop to fatally shoot someone...to prevent them from doing serious physical injury to themself? ("Don't hurt yourself---or I will shoot you dead!") Are you even listening to yourself? Generally, it is bad practice to shoot a fleeing suspect.

Not when I can punch her in the face to get her attention. She wasn't a threat. She was breaking and entering. There is a difference, when you can see everything. I don't believe she could hear anything the guy might have said, since she was on the other side of the partition and there was considerable noise and hubbub going on. You really want to "shoot first," don't you? And not bother with a "warning shot" to get their attention, as that could injure someone.
No need for a warning shot. Don’t break and enter and if they give you verbal warnings you stop. All she had to do was listen and not commit a crime and she would still be alive. You fuck around you will find out.
