The Supreme Court can check the President, but the rules must be followed. The Supreme Court, in a 6-3 vote, struck down the Biden administration mandate that large businesses require their employees to either be vaccinated or tested once a week for the coronavirus. That's how the checks and balances work... It wasn't some random judge from some random district filing some cockamamie injunction to halt Biden's tyranny.
You do know how cases actually get to the Supreme Court, right?
