The correct application is the one in the IRC, but not what its biased explications lead one to believe. Indeed David Rockefeller appears to have hated Aaron Russo after Russo refused an offer he couldn't refuse; but Russo also didn't get the whole story together. The Whitey Harrell trial in the film is gold for teaching jury nullification.
