During my nursing career, there were many times when we were understaffed and overwhelmed with too many sick and critical infants in the NICU. NEVER did we choreograph a dance.

I was "written up" once for refusing to stop and participate in a fire drill. I told the security officer to find someone else as I was the charge nurse and in the middle of calling physicians with critical lab reports.

Incredibly fake too. Health care is so overworked there simply isn't time to choreograph synchronized brainrot dances for those videos. The industry is all about profits, that much idle time for so many people is just too rare, if it actually happens everyone is just happy to have a moment to pause and not looking for more crap to pile on.
