Oswald knew he was the Patsy moments after the assassination
Actually he didn't figure it out until after hours of questioning. When they finally showed him a fake photo of him standing in the back yard with the rifle and communist papers. That's when he said it was faked and he could prove it. He stopped talking to the police after that. When he was being moved to the lineup downstairs that's when he announced he's just a patsy to the news.
That's why when they came for him at the theater he screamed at the top of his lungs " I'm not resisting arrest!" Over and over again.
There's decent evidence he thought he was going to get on a flight to Cuba with David Ferrie. Which is why he left work in the middle of the day. The theater was where he was to meet his contact (typically done by Russian agents -- they liked theaters). He thought that was what he was getting caught for... attempting a second defection. In his mind at this point he has no idea that he could even be a suspect in the shooting since there was no possible way for him to have done it.
Oswald was PUT in that job at the the school book depository by probably C_A.
Actually Ruth Paine, a quaker and likely CIA contact, got him the job. He actually got a better job offer for more pay and closer to his family but Ruth never gave him that message. She helped ensure he worked at TSBD.
Why did he shoot a cop before going to the theater?
He didn't. The timeline and the route doesn't even make sense for that to have been him. The Dallas police lost him. He was supposed to take the bus, but he got off, and they panicked. They shot Tippett, with two different guns, and three different types of ammunition. This was done to get the cops invested in the manhunt.. they didn't care that Kennedy got killed.. that was a federal issue.. they all cared that one of their own got killed.
If he was working with others why was he so broke all the time.
He was mostly unemployed. The job at TBSD was only a temporary job that would end at the season. He spent a lot of money on camera equipment. He had two newborn children.
His goal was to get guns and arrive in Cuba. He didn't need a lot of cash for this.
His escape plan was a city bus?
He was told to. JD Tippet was actually at a gas station where the bus would cross into Oak Cliff and when the bus passed he hauled ass off after it. They knew he would be on there. He smartly got himself off of it and took a cab instead.
The lady who ran the boarding house where he went said he was picked up in a police car after leaving. She was interviewed once and then disappeared out of Texas for good.
One. She wasn't used by the commission. Helen Markham. The rest gave testimony about hearing the shot. They all put the time at 1:06. Oswald left his house at 1:00. He could not have made it to the scene in time.
Witnesses saw him fleeing the shooting.
Saw someone fleeing the shooting. There was also witnesses who place two police cars there before the shooting. One was in the alley. Some witnesses say they saw two people leaving the scene.
Witnesses saw him go into the Texas theater and called the cops.
Why? How did they know he was wanted for anything? Don't people usually go into theaters? There was no description of Oswald put out at that time.

So you're claim is they had this big world altering conspiracy and the getaway plan involved waiting for a city bus
