Both things can be true. OP didn't say his friend MADE it, he said his friend SENT it. We "steal" memes all the time and pass them on. Meme warfare. Remember?
I doubt it was intentional, but the intro you made in the subject line gave the impression that this was possibly original. If it's a meme or such that a friend shared with you, you do NOT need to source that.
(If you found that one the web, tho, then you can credit the sauce.)
It's not actually relevant that your biker friend sent you this, but writing "sent" implies that he created it. Just part of the meme language.
Here's a pointer. If you got this from a friend, then you should write "He shared this with me". This let's the reader know it was shared, and not created.
A small point, but this will improve the readability.
My Friend “yeh YEH”… He didn’t tell me where he got the meme but I know for damn sure he didn’t make it… We all might be better served here by sticking to the MESSAGE of the Posts rather than exposing ourselves as being Self Righteous Know-It-Alls.. We end up looking No Different than the All About Me Normies…
Hey ALLMostThere… to my Comment you just Commented Back on… wasn’t Certain when I wrote “Self Righteous Know-It-All” where you stood, but you’ve exposed yourself as not being “almost there” as your user name implies… You’ve made it all the way there !!!
Your biker friend? Yeh no.

I talked to my ex special forces black belt sniper ninja friend about it. He agrees that its highly unlikely a biker is running a tik-tok account.

Did you write this one or was it your wife?
Asking for an ex special forces black belt sniper ninja friend
Might want to read the original post a bit more carefully.
