This is pretty damning. From Milley on down the command levels, what occurred was surely an unconstitutional declaration and prosecution of war, usurping the power of Congress, not to mention usurpation of the powers of the Commander in Chief. I wonder what the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) has to say about this. Sedition at the very least. Violation of the Oath of Commissioning, also. Not following lawful orders. I think a whole collection of courts-martial are in order. Commissions and honors should be revoked. The Americans killed as collateral casualties should be identified as homicide victims. And the whole operation would clearly be a conspiracy. How much do you want to bet that operations were concealed under classification, which is a breach of classification guidance?
This is truly the Deep State in action.
