Not quite. A Messianic Jew remains a Jew by maintaining their Jewish identity, heritage, and practices while believing that Jesus (Yeshua) is the Messiah. They often observe Jewish customs such as keeping the Sabbath, celebrating biblical feasts, and following aspects of the Torah, seeing Jesus as the fulfillment, not the rejection, of Judaism. Unlike Christians who generally separate from Jewish traditions, Messianic Jews view their faith in Jesus as a continuation of God’s covenant with Israel, preserving their ethnic and religious identity within a Messianic framework.
Messianic Jews exist. They reject the Talmud, embrace the Tanakh, and recognize Jesus Christ is the Messiah. I have the current count at 2.
Any others, chat?
There are some messianic jews on this board. But there’s so much foaming at the mouth Israel hate here, they don’t usually speak about it.
I’m sure you understand why it is that way though, for the most part
Yes indeed, Israel is controlled by the same people who wanted Jesus Crucified, but many Jews were not a part of that.
Those Jews became the first Christians.
There have been countless. They started being called "Christians" almost 2000 years ago.
If they recognize the messiah then they're Christian. How do people not know this?
God Classifies mankind as jew, gentile, or Church of God.

Messianic Jews are just Christians with extra steps.
