A person who knows how to negotiate from a position of strength.
If the other side believes that you do not care if they survive or not they will be thankful when you allow them to have the crumbs off your table.

Wrong, that's not what you sound like. You sound like one of those ignorant normies who still think that the people of a country align with their government, when we all know that most governments in the world are installed illegally, against the people's will. Remember Biden? Obama?
We are all patriots here, and need to recognize that. When you lump the people of an entire country together, whether that be Canada, the UK, Germany, or whatever, you are not understanding the Plan.
