Maybe it's the fact that they administer so many vaccines to the children?Remember: the children are rotated in and out constantly, so each time they are vaccinated it is for the first time. Maybe the first time immune response (or even lack of response) causes increased shedding and proliferation of something?
Also, mothers are coerced into getting a scad of vaccines while they are pregnant: tdap, flu, covid.
Logically, if shedding is an issue, this would be the affected demographic...

I thought there has been evidence that disassociated spike proteins as generated in the Vax can in fact cross the blood-brain barrier.
Lot of this is over my head but some analysis of aluminum and mechanisms of reaching the brain among other things.
