Carnivore way of eating heals well. Ignore anything the vegans say about veg. Meat heals. Also heavy metal detox if exposed and parasite cleanse aka fenbendezole. COQ10, add chlorophyll and/or charcoal ( I use bulletproof.exec brand) before bed at least Two Hours after any meds). Look up “herxheimer syndrome” which happens when there is die off of parasites. The charcoal should help. Can be uncomfortable but will fade after awhile, which happened to my son during his cleanse. These items we have used often for my family. Not med advice just experience.
