The last time i was forced to get this shot (parents, me being a minor) was the last time i ever got the flu. Decades later, I've been sick MAYBE 4-5 times total, and at least half was food poisoning.
I wasn't an anti-vaxxer, until they gave me no choice. Now, I refuse all injections. Funny how authoritarian governments radicalize those who just wanted to be left alone.
I know a couple that takes the flu shot annually and is nearly killed by the flu, annually. Crazy. Very based, except for that. The idea that vaccines will save us is deeply ingrained. Don't underestimate how deeply people believe it.

I never see any flu around where I work until people start getting shots then everyone gets it.
Huge VA study done a few years back showed that flu vaxxines increased the risk of infections from coronavirus. Go figure.
