Probably not a popular opinion, but I'm a bit ambivalent about this. Cell phones have caught teachers abusing students, pushing marxist BS, etc. which was evidence for the firing of these beastly indoctrinators.
Certainly AFTER the school systems have had the marxist filth removed and safeguards put in place so kids are both educated properly and protected against these DS beasts I'd be all for prohibiting distractions like cell phones.

Agree. My daughter secretly recorded a teacher and got abuse exposed. The principal kept saying this teacher is the best blah blah blah until we had ultimate proof. Then mouthed quietly FUCK
I’m fine with kids carrying phones in backpacks. Don’t take them out during the learning part. (They will anyway but should be consequences) Mine was told to leave phones on top of desk for a fire drill. Really? A fire drill? Isn’t that when you would actually need it? Anyway, it was stolen during the fire drill. Thanks, admin. Dumbasses.
