I have been taking fenben and iver for 3yrs now, blood work needed to show which way my PSA is going. Not really wanting to do bloodwork, don't want to be discouraged.
This guy did research back in 2014 and found that a combination of 4 supplements reduced levels of PSA. I am using it but not yet had blood test to see if it works.
Pomegranite seed extract, broccoli extract, turmeric, green tea extract powder.
You can easily buy all of those separately and make your own, or can just buy direct from his company ready-made. Whichever you do I would suggest adding ground black pepper as that contains piperine known to increase the bioavailability of the good things in turmeric. Turmeric is a root vegetable grown in foreign lands in unknown sanitary conditions so personally I prefer a certified organic version.
