To clarify: First, as you know well, all physics is proven-in through math. So yea, the universe does what the universe does but we always reduce our observations and theories to paper with math. If I recall the source correctly (been a while), I think the circular vs linear discussion was in regards to time... but also, in general, they use base 12 math instead of 10 base. For some reason I am not aware of (not being a mathematician) this was a significant factor to them. In fact, it was mentioned they laugh at us trying to figure out more complex physics with base 10 since (according the source) we can never mathematically represent the physics off-planet using base 10. So give me a break as well. I state nothing as fact but as information (right or wrong)... a consideration.
And yea, I am guilty of woo-woo. I look at science, spiritual references, esoteric material and theories from all sorts of places and at the end of the day I develop a gut hypothesis that seem probable (to me). I built a very successful career thinking outside the box and was able to fully retire at 50. I'm not Mensa level IQ. ...but I get by. In retrospect, I should have pursued science as a career...

And the equations are base-independent. All the important technological computations are done in binary (computer). Who is telling you it makes a difference? How? We can produce the value of pi in any base you want, and it will always be an irrational number. It sounds like hogwash intended to bamboozle the scientifically illiterate.
I am interested in off-the-map material, too. But if there is no physical or mathematical theory, it is generally impossible to develop a technology. It puts you back in the era of blacksmithing, but the smith would still need to have dimensional measures for whatever he is fabricating.
